What is KIPP?
The Keystone Integrated Preparatory (KIPP) Program is a unique 2-year program, equivalent to Grades 11 and 12, which provides an immersive learning experience of select career
paths and prepares learners for the rigors of higher education and beyond through a combination of advanced coursework, development of critical design and life skills, entrepreneurship, applied learning and university prep.
Built around the globally recognized Cambridge Assessment International Education
(CAIE) curriculum, which is the most widely accepted pre-university certification in the
world, the KIP Program is enriched by Keystone’s Project and Community based learning
approach in association with industry leading design thinking programs such as DQ Labs
and Metamorphosis. The integrated program promotes a balanced development of foundational technical and functional skills coupled with key character attributes which are
essential for learners to thrive personally and professionally.
CAIE AS & A Levels
And AICE Diploma
A basic familiarity with the structure of the CAIE curriculum is essential to understand the
KIPP.
The Cambridge Advanced Subsidiary (AS Level) & Advanced (A Level) program is a pre-university program conducted by the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), United Kingdom. It is recognized by most universities around the world and track records in academic excellence will result in successful placement into the most prestigious universities.
The AS and A Levels are international in outlook, but retain a local relevance. The syllabuses provide opportunities for contextualized learning and the content has been created to suit a wide variety of learning methodologies, avoid cultural bias and develop essential lifelong skills, including creative thinking and problem-solving, also balancing knowledge, understanding skills to enable candidates to become effective learners and to provide a solid foundation for their continuing educational journey.
An A Level subject is typically for two years and carries 2 credits. AS Level is typically for one year and carries 1 credit. To achieve the Cambridge AICE Diploma, learners must complete a minimum of seven credits subject to certain restrictions on the combination of subjects that can be chosen and the minimum number of points scored based on grades earned.

Design and Entrepreneurship
This module provides learners a focused and in-depth study of design thinking and also introduces them to an entrepreneurial environment where they learn to transform their innovative ideas to viable business solutions.
Industry Immersion
A substantial internship assignment relevant to the learners’ career track enables them to apply their newly acquired skills in a real world work environment.
University Prep
Learners can opt for college entrance test coaching programs with select providers based on their specific career plans.
