Problem Statement
Speech disabled often face challenges in communicating basic needs and courtesies, especially in environments where sign language is not understood or when pen and paper are not readily available. This communication barrier can lead to frustration and feelings of isolation. To further enhance the capabilities and reach of Adapt Wear, the team plans to develop an expanded Phrase Library thereby giving options for more customizable and programmable phrases. Supporting multiple languages by incorporating them to cater to a diverse user base. Also, integration with smartphones and other devices for expanded functionality is a point of focus ahead.
